Hotel Sternen - Lenk

I recently had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. the staff were fantastic - thoughtful, kind, and really went above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impeccable - clean, well-kept, and with a nice view of the mountains. Lastly, the location was perfect - so close to the slopes and surrounded by shops and rental locations. A great value for money experience!

Very friendly family owners, good basic rooms and facilities, very close to downtown Lenk.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the value for money was outstanding, with reasonable prices for such a wonderful stay. Additionally, the attention to detail was impeccable, from the clean and well-kept rooms to the thoughtful basic amenities provided. I particularly loved the rooms with a balcony, offering stunning views of the mountains. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious.

Close proximity to slopes and ski school.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. The hotel is situated in a prime location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring a variety of cheese, charcuterie, cereals, and fruits.

The wifi connection was weak and unreliable in certain areas of the hotel. the lack of laundry facilities was inconvenient, as I was on a business trip and needed to keep my clothes clean.

The WiFi service was very disappointing, barely accessible from my room. there was no shampoo or bath gel in my bathroom, which was quite inconvenient for a short stay.

Our room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. the bathroom was modern and well, designed. the service was exceptional , the staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast spread was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the view of the mountains from our balcony. a fantastic experience!

It would have been nice to have a few more decorations in the hotel to create a cozier atmosphere.
